Set amidst 55 hectares of natural bushland and just minutes from the Dunsborough town centre, the Dunsborough and Districts Country Club offers a versatile and picturesque setting for your next event. Whether you’re planning a wedding, birthday celebration, corporate function, fundraiser, or community gathering, our range of indoor and outdoor spaces can accommodate groups from intimate gatherings to large-scale events.

Function Spaces

  • Function Room
    Accommodates up to 200 seated guests. Features floor-to-ceiling windows with views over the bowling greens, a spacious layout, and a fully equipped bar.
  • Sports Bar
    Suitable for up to 50 guests. Ideal for smaller functions. This space offers direct bar access. Separate restroom facilities are available.
  • Outdoor Alfresco Area
    Accommodates up to 60 guests. Offers views over the bowling and croquet greens, perfect for relaxed outdoor events.

Combined, these areas can host up to 381 guests, providing flexibility for events of various sizes.

Wedding functions are personally arranged with the Club Manager and catering team. Please contact us directly for more information.

Booking and Cancellation Policy

  • A 50% deposit is required 14 days prior to your function.
  • A Bond of $150 may apply to your function.
  • Cancellations made with more than 14 days’ notice are eligible for a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations with less than 14 days’ notice will not be refunded.
  • Qualified security attendants may be required for events exceeding 150 guests.

No. The Club is a licensed venue. All alcohol must be purchased from the Club and consumed on-site. The bar is staffed and included in your hire fee.
Yes. Decorations are welcome, but must not be affixed to walls, ceilings or surfaces using pins, nails, screws, tape or other materials that may cause damage. All decorations must be removed at the end of your function.
Yes. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance must be paid 14 days prior to your function.
Yes. A Bond of $150 may apply to your function. Additional charges may apply for excessive cleaning or damage.
Yes. The venue is equipped with a multi-area sound system and LCD televisions. You are welcome to bring your own music or presentations on USB or via Bluetooth. Our Club Manager can assist with AV setup.
For events with over 150 guests or if alcohol is being served, security may be required at the Club’s discretion. This will be discussed during your booking process.
Functions can continue until 12 midnight. All music must cease by 11:45pm, and the premises must be vacated by 12:15am.
Yes. The Club has 55 sealed parking bays and additional unsealed parking available, including accessible parking bays.
Yes. Wedding functions are welcome and arranged directly with the Club Manager and caterer. Please contact us to discuss your plans.
