Freshly baked dinner rolls and butter
Mains
Slow baked Italian-style lamb rump on creamy potato mash
Oven grilled snapper served with a garlic & parsley crumble served with a lemon, white wine butter sauce and chips
Chilli mussels in a rich herb-infused Napolitana sauce with added white wine, shaved fennel and bird’s eye chilli, plus a side of grilled ciabatta
Tempura snapper served with seafood dressing and chips
All have a choice of side – either salad or vegetables
Dessert
Lemon meringue pie and ice-cream
or
Vanilla crème brûlée with strawberry compote
For the kids $17pp:
Nuggets and chips OR Fish bites and chips
Followed by a vanilla Drumstick ice cream
