Slow baked pork belly roulades with a caramelised onion and sour plum sauce,
crispy crackle and chef’s vegetables
Grilled lamb cutlets with chips, salad and topped with a mint and lemon dressing
Vegetarian ravioli in a creamy mushroom and asparagus sauce served with salad and garlic bread
Fresh fruit salad and ice-cream
