Baked fish roulade filled with spinach and mozzarella, served on a bed of mushroom and asparagus pearl couscous and topped with a sherry beurre blanc sauce.
Crumbed pork cutlet with garden salad chips and mushroom sauce.
Vegetable curry served with wild rice and crispy pappadums.
Chocolate Bavarian cake.
