5 Year Strategic Plan & Revised Rules Of Association
Club 5 Year Strategic Plan
The Management Committee has finalised the draft 5 Year Strategic Plan and will be meeting with the City of Busselton (CoB) representatives at our April committee meeting to discuss implementation of the first stages of that plan. At this meeting we hope to confirm support for the plan from the CoB and secure any assistance they are able to offer in the development of the projects proposed.
The plan has been prepared with input from all sporting sections and City of Busselton personnel and a number of priority projects have been identified. Please refer to OBJECTIVE 4 – Facilities on P. 18 of the Strategic Plan for a summary and a possible timeline of these projects.
Members only please send all comments or suggestions you may have on the plan to secretary@
Revised DDCC Rules of Association
The Club Rules of Association have been revised according to the requirements under the Associations Incorporation Act 2015. This revision finalises the alignment of the club rules with the Model Rules proposed by the Associations Division (Department of Commerce) and updates the club rules brought about by the change to the club’s licence. Other changes clarify categories of membership, the operation of General Meetings and the annual club elections.
All new wording and inserted paragraphs are marked in GREEN, while or phrases and sections to be deleted are marked in RED (with a strikethrough).
Members only please send all comments on the Revised Rules of Association to secretary@
Comments & Feedback
We would appreciate members’ comments on both documents as we propose to take them to a Special General Meeting for approval by Special Resolutions prior to the AGM later this year.
